Banana berry smoothie with chia
Ingredients serves 2:
1 1/2 Banana
100 g frozen berries
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp agave syrup
2 sprigs mint
300 ml milk
fresh fruit of your choice
Peel the banana and pluck the leaves of the mint sprig.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Divide between two glasses and top with some fresh fruit of your choice.
