Breakfast to go - super bites

Ingredients for ca. 16 pieces:

4 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
50 g + 60 g rolled oats
40 g shredded coconut
15 g ground hazelnuts
80 g honey
4 tbsp cacao nibs
4 tbsp cranberries
50 ml water

Method:

In a food processor, blitz the flax seeds, sunflower seeds and 50 g rolled oats together until very fine, like flour.

Place the mixture in a bowl together with 60 g rolled oats, ground hazelnuts and honey. Mix until smooth.

Roughly chop the cranberries and stir into to mixture along with the cacao nibs. If the seed mix is too crumbly, simply add a splash of water.

Cool in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes. Shape mixture into walnut-sized balls.

Store the super bites in a cool and dry place.
