Browntop millet cheesecake

Ingredients for a cake tin (approx. Ø 16-19 cm):

500 g curd
20 g browntop millet flour
100 g powdered sugar
1 package vanilla pudding
juice of 1/2 lemon
70 – 100 ml water (depending on consistency)
a little powdered sugar, fuit compote or fruit sauce to garnish


Heat the oven to 180° C.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Grease a cake tin and pour in the mixture. Bake for about 45 minutes.

Let the cake cool in the tin before slicing. Spoon some fruit compote or fruit sauce on plates and set a slice of cake on top. Dust with powdered sugar and serve!
